We are proud to provide a relaxed, friendly and comfortable environment to deliver gentle and effective chiropractic care and wellness coaching. It is one of our top priorities to protect the well-being of our valued patients. We are confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome all patients as if they were family.
The office is located in the heart of downtown Evanston at 1601 Sherman Avenue, between Church and Davis streets. Metered street parking is available as well as a public parking garage 1/2 block from the office (the first hour is free).
We are 1 1/2 blocks from both the Metra and CTA Purple line Davis Street stops.
Hours
Monday and Wednesday: 9:00 am - 6:00 pm
Tuesday and Thursday: 10:30 am - 7:00 pm
Friday*: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
Saturday*: 9:00 am - 1:00 pm
*Saturday hours may vary depending on travel and attendance at continuing education seminars. Starting August 2011 we will be open the 1st and 3rd Saturday and the 2nd and 4th Friday of each month. Until that date call for availability on Fridays and Saturdays.

Financial
Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. Payment is due at the time of service.
We do not do insurance billing and are not contracted with any insurance providers. We do provide our patients with receipts that have all the proper diagnostic and procedure codes necessary to submit to their insurance. When checking with your insurance carrier, Dr. Wilke is considered an out-of-network provider. Since we do not do insurance billing we are able to keep our fees low.
We also offer prepay plans to save you money and special pricing for students.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
